Melamine Tableware Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation: Food-grade melamine raw materials are used, with precise weight-based proportioning and preheating.
2. Compression Moulding: High-temperature and high-pressure curing moulding ensures high product density and resistance to deformation.
3. Process Treatment: Surface processing such as decal application, in-mould decoration, silk screen printing, hot stamping, etc.
4. Grinding and Edge Trimming: Removal of flash and manual fine polishing to ensure smooth and burr-free edges.
5. Strict Quality Inspection: Appearance, dimensions, color difference, and physical and chemical properties are inspected item by item before packaging approval.
6. Packaging and Shipment: Inner box + outer carton packaging according to customer requirements, with batch labels attached and logistics arranged for shipment.
