I. Mould Service
Our factory has professional melamine mould design and manufacturing capabilities, supporting free use of standard moulds, exclusive custom mould development, and customer mould storage and maintenance, providing one-stop solutions for catering chains, hotels, gift customization, foreign trade export, and other needs. 
1. Mould Types and Application Scenarios 
Standard Public Moulds (Free to Use) More than 10,000 mature tableware moulds, including plates, bowls, dishes, spoons, cups, trays, hot pot tableware, etc. No mould fee is required, and production can begin immediately after order placement. Suitable for: small trial orders, OEM private labeling, and fast replenishment. 
Regular Exclusive Moulds Suitable for round, square, and simple-shaped tableware. LOGO engraving, exclusive textures, and custom sizes are available. The moulds are stable, durable, and cost-effective. 
Special-shaped Complex Moulds Suitable for compartment trays, covered tableware, deep bowls, set combinations, and special-shaped utensils. Supports complex structures such as sliders, multi-layer structures, and undercuts.

II. Cooperation Mode
1. Ready Stock / OEM Private Label 
Using existing factory moulds, supporting silk printing / decal application / in-mould LOGO printing, with fast delivery and flexible minimum order quantities. 
2. Sample-based Customization 
Customer provides samples → factory measurement and drawing → mould development → sample production → mass production, ensuring high restoration accuracy. 
3. Drawing-based / Original Design (ODM) 
Customers provide CAD/STEP/rendering files, or our design team develops original designs, offering one-stop customization from shape to pattern design. 
4. Full-project Customization Service 
Shape design → pattern design → mould development and sampling → raw material color matching → production → quality inspection → packaging → logistics, with complete turnkey delivery. 

III. Mould Development Process
Requirement Communication: Confirm product style, size, thickness, material grade, LOGO, pattern, production quantity, and application scenarios. 
1. Design Drafting: Provide 3D renderings and mould structure drawings. Mould development begins after customer confirmation and approval. 
2. Mould Manufacturing: Precision CNC machining, heat treatment, polishing, and assembly to ensure mould accuracy and service life. 
3. First Trial Moulding: Produce plain samples to confirm dimensions, appearance, and thickness uniformity. Any issues will be adjusted immediately. 
4. Finished Product Sampling: Apply decal, gold trimming, printing, and other processes as required, and provide final confirmation samples. 
5. Mass Production: After sample confirmation, the mould will be archived and scheduled for mass production.
